Payment

There are two options in purchasing lessons:

  1. Students can purchase the full amount of lessons for each session (usually 10)
  2. Students can also buy the full amount of lessons up to mid-term (usually 5) at the beginning of a session and then the remaining amount (usually 5) to cover the final weeks of the session
  3. Students who sign up after a session has begun can purchase the remaining lessons in the session or purchase lessons up to mid-term and then purchase the balance of the session
  4. For ongoing students – In order to guarantee your lesson slot payment is required the week before your lessons begin. Students will not be granted, and may lose, a time slot without payment. Notification of payments due will be given at mid-term and at the completion of all sessions. These notices will be posted on the store’s ‘Lesson Bulletin Board’
  5. Students should not expect a lesson unless they are prepaid
  6. Payment can be made in person at the store or over the phone with a valid credit card.
  7. If Acoustic Traditions has not received payment at least 24 hours before their lessons begin a student will be removed from the schedule and reinstated once payment is received. Acoustic Traditions reserves the right to book new students into unpaid time slots.
  8. Current students who have lessons left over from the summer will be credited those lessons towards the first session. Payment should not be delayed due to left over lessons. Please make every effort to ‘top up’ your lessons to run concurrently with our new system.
