- With a purchase of 10 (or full amount of) lessons in advance each student will be granted one ’24 hour with notice’ cancellation’. Students who buy 5 lessons at a time will not be able to cancel. Every attempt should be made to make up ’24 hour with notice cancellations’ lessons within the time frame of the present session. These can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time for the student and the teacher. If this cannot happen a lesson credit will be issued towards the next session.
- Students who sign up after a session has begun but have paid for the remaining lessons in that session will be granted one ’24 hour with notice cancellation’ providing their lesson purchase is greater than 5 lessons.
- If you have to cancel a lesson please call the store and leave a message. Facebook or email cancellations are not accepted. Messages received the morning of the lesson prior to store opening (11 am) will qualify as ’24 hours with notice’ to allow for sudden illness.
- Acoustic Traditions staff and teachers are aware that extenuating circumstances occur and may require students to miss multiple lessons – these will be dealt with on a case by case basis between Acoustic Traditions, the teacher and the student.
